Return & Refund Policy (how to return?)

First of all - I want you to be happy:) I want to make it possible to try memery shoes at home.

That’s why I have free shipping and money back guarantee if you can’t fit the shoe.

That simple.

My Return & Refund Policy is below:

👉 Full refund or exchange within 100 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will the receive all information about the return/exchange and can follow the progress in you return. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Remember Track and Trace. Shipping costs are non-refundable. But I do have free shipping back to you, if you want to change to other size.

Germany: GLS or Deutsche Post

Sweden: Postnord

France: Colis privé

Other: Choose your local delivery company

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Expect 4-14 days.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

I offer a 20% discount on first order  - can not be combined with sale and other campaigns. I am a small business:)
