Shipping to Canada

To make shipping and customs as simple as possible, we now ship to Canada as follows:

  • All prices are shown excluding VAT.
  • At checkout, you see the total price including VAT and duty.

Shipping your order

  • Shipping is free, delivered by FedEx.
  • VAT and duty are paid up front, so there are no surprises and no handling fee on arrival.

Returning your order

  • Returns are handled through our Return Center.
  • Only refunds are available. To exchange an item, you need to place a new order.
  • To return an order, buy a FedEx return label from your order:
    • Price: 39 CAD
    • No separate payment is needed. The fee is taken from the order.
  • VAT and duty are refunded and of cource the item.
  • The refund is processed after the first scan of your return.
  • You cannot use your own label or shipment. The original shipment via FedEx is required to refund VAT and duty, so only our return label can be used.Above is only new orders made from 29. October 2026.
